Hi Everyone! I’m Jen, the woman behind Phaw’s Boutique! I started my shop back in March 2017 while I was finishing off my maternity leave with my youngest.  I’m married to an amazingly supportive husband and mom to two fabulous, crazy kids! I work full time in the administrative world and so, this business gives me my “me” time and allows me to have a creative outlet.  I’ve always had a passion for crafting and DIY’ing but never had the drive to put myself out there until now!

I bet some, if not most of you are wondering where did I come up with the name of Phaw’s Boutique? Phaw was a nickname given to me in my early 20’s while working at McDonald’s. This nickname has so much meaning to me that I knew I needed to incorporate into my business. Curious to know more? I’d be happy to share.

My idea for Phaw’s Boutique started when my daughter became completely obsessed with hair accessories! It was becoming harder and harder to find specific patterns and characters she was interested it.  I came across the elastic ribbon and the idea to use it as a hair tie took shape! After trialing them out on myself and my daughter, I fell in love with the look and feel of them. These are the most versatile hair elastics I have ever owned. They won’t crease or damage your hair and I love how they can be used as a super cute accessory on your wrist without leaving constraint. The sky’s the limit with these fun hair ties!

I am so proud to be part of this maker community and am so thankful for all the love and support I have received.
