Vendor Agreement

  • Vendors must be selling handmade, small batch, artisan-centered products
  • Vendors must supply their own table covering and props
  • All vendors must fill out our ‘Seller’s Questionnaire’
  • NO illegal products or sales permitted
  • NO Direct Sales, MLM or brick-and-mortar business models
  • Nothing is to be attached or leaning on walls or showcases. Your displays must be free standing or on the tables provided
  • Showcase displays must remain accessible
  • Food vendors must obtain permits and submit applications as required by The City of Oshawa. Both can be found through the link below;

  • Business insurance and/or vendor insurance recommended for all vendors
  • Proof of insurance and industry compliance may be required, for example if; selling food, body care or children’s items
  • Vendors are to remain cordial with all Maker’s Hub customers and fellow vendors at all times. Should these conditions or any others not be met, The Maker’s Hub reserves the right to deny a rental space.
